Multi-site Needs To Multiply Leaders

In the video below, Ed Stetzer shares his opinions about multi-site churches and some of his concerns about how they choose to operate.  The thing that stuck with me is the multi-site method needs to make sure it reproduces great teachers and leaders at the same time it produces churches.  Many multi-site churches utilize video as the primary method to deliver a Sunday morning experience and I’m curious how a video venue would work in our region.
